About Scale Up 3D
Brad Goldring and Adam Koolman founded ScaleUp in 2022, when they saw an opportunity for custom projects and prototyping. Through the sister company TerraCast Products, Brad came across many of his existing clients in the wireless communications industry who needed large-scale prototypes to present to their clients. Initially, he was outsourcing prototyping projects, where he experienced problems involving delivery time, quality, communications, and the amount of support. With the help of the experienced engineer Adam, ScaleUp was born to serve a variety of niche markets that require large-scale parts.
ScaleUp has one of the largest 3D printers on the market, with a build volume of a one-cubic meter. Our custom print capabilities allow us to produce larger parts in a single print, reducing the need for assembly or segmentation of parts. A printer with a larger build volume has a more stable structure, improving accuracy and precision during printing. It allows for creating complex designs that are challenging on smaller printers.
Our printer can handle a wide range of materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, TPU, Polycarbonate, and more, allowing you to choose the material that best suits your needs for your application.
