Large Scale 3D Printing

Up To One Cubic Meter Build Volume

A Large Scale 3D printing company is one that specializes in producing 3D printed objects on a large scale. These companies use a range of 3D printing technologies such as Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), and Digital Light Processing (DLP) to create large 3D printed objects. The services offered by a Large Scale 3D printing company are typically tailored towards customers with specific needs, such as those in the aerospace, automotive, telecom and medical industries.

At ScaleUp, Large Scale 3D printing is our centerpiece.  Large Scale 3D Printing is the production of high-quality, low-volume parts for prototyping or testing. This is particularly useful for companies in the aerospace or automotive industries, which often require custom-made parts that can be costly and time-consuming to manufacture using traditional methods. With Large Scale 3D printing, these companies can quickly produce prototypes or test parts, and make adjustments as needed without the need for expensive tooling.

Another service offered by Scaleup3D printing is the creation of large, complex parts that would be impossible to manufacture using traditional methods. This includes parts with intricate geometries, such as lattice structures or hollow structures, as well as parts that require multiple components to be assembled. Large Scale 3D printing allows these parts to be produced in a single piece, reducing assembly time and minimizing the risk of errors.

ScaleUP3D offers companies customization services, allowing customers to create unique, one-of-a-kind products tailored to their specific needs. This is particularly useful for the medical industry, where custom prosthetics or implants can be created based on the patient's unique anatomy. Large Scale 3D printing allows for the creation of complex, personalized medical devices that can improve patient outcomes and reduce recovery times.

In summary, ScaleUp3D offers a range of services tailored towards customers with specific needs, including the production of high-quality, low-volume parts for prototyping or testing, the creation of large, complex parts that would be impossible to manufacture using traditional methods, and customization services for the medical industry.

How It Works

  • Upload Your CAD File

To start the process of producing your part we will need a 3D CAD file of your design. If you need help refining the design for better print results, that is something we can advise on the proper changes.

  • Rapid Quote Provided

Once we have reviewed your design we can begin to identify the difficulties in producing the object. We may request changes to the design or we will issue a quote for the production costs of the item.

  • Manufacturing & Shipping

Once the design has been finalized and the quote has been approved we can start manufacturing the part/s. Once manufacturing has concluded the item/s will be carefully packaged and shipped promptly.
